The Quattra is modern rendition of the original P-bass concept, where
simple functionality is the order of the day... Do one thing and do it right. But no 50-year-old hardware and electrics on this baby. Balls, Sir? You got it! One fat MM humbucker delivers alot of balls and delivers it with growl. Add to that singlecoil/parallel/series switching for three distinct tones and a two or three band EQ from Seymour Duncan or Audere and you have serious tone on tap. Ok, so maybe its nothing like a P-Bass! Standard issue is the extended 35" scale length, giving tightness and punch especially with lighter strings or down-tuned setups that would leave a traditional bass flapping in the breeze. Contoured body, deep cutaways, long horns... You're going to enjoy playing it.
